There are 10 weapon classes in Entropic Void, split among one-handed and two-handed weapons. Each weapon has a primary and secondary attack as well as an "effect" for each which can be triggered via combos. When dual-wielding, primary attacks use your mainhand weapon and secondary attacks use your offhand weapon. All weapons provide attribute bonuses, determined by their rarity and level. One-handed weapons provide half the attribute bonus of two-handed weapons. Weapons can have one upgrade; upgrades always provide localized bonuses that will apply to that weapon only (so, when dual-wielding, the upgrade on the offhand weapon will apply only to your secondary attacks, for example). Note that attack skills always use your primary weapon, and do not count as attacks for combos.

All weapons of a given weapon class have the same attack speed, range, area of effect, and primary and secondary attacks. Weapons of the same class only differ in their damage (higher-level and higher-rarity weapons will deal more damage) and their attribute bonuses (same as damage).

  • Damage (secondary attack)
  • Range (in meters; even melee weapons will have a range)
